Client Service Feedback
The Embassy is also interested in your feedback about the Consular Outreach Program. There will be a simple one-page survey form available on the day for clients to complete that will enable the Embassy to learn what is important to you, and gather meaningful feedback.
Conducting this survey at each Outreach will provide an unbiased approach to decision-making on the services and venue. This valuable feedback will be used to gauge client satisfaction and how the Consular service team may improve on their services.
If you are not attending the next Outreach program but have in the past and/or wish to provide feedback based on your experience of the program held at the Le Meridien Hotel you can complete the survey on-line. This survey will be open until the 15th of June and their will be another one on-line for the next visit planned for 18 August.
