Australia comes to Chiang Mai through the Rimping Supermarkets “Taste Australia” food and products promotion. This event runs from 10 to 12 November and is supported by Austrade and other sponsors.
At Kad Farang Village on the Hangdong Road the Rimping Supermarkets will hold a special promotional event over the weekend to showcase Australian food and products through many booths, food, activities and music.
The invitation poster to the opening ceremony of the “Taste Australia” promotion invites all to come along next Friday 10th November from 5 to 6:30 PM at Kad Farang Village, Hangdong Road.
Check out the poster for details – but it highlights you can join the fancy parade and everyone is invited to dress up Australian – in fancy, adventure or outback gear. There will be live performances and bands with plenty of food and drink – so join in the event if you can.
There will also be a “Study in Australia” presentation/seminar conducted by the Austrade Education officer at the Rimping “Taste Australia Fair” next Friday 10 Nov.
The seminar will be held at Kad Farang Village on Hangdong Road and will start around 18.30 after the Fairs opening events and ceremony (5 – 6:30 pm). The seminar will be delivered in Thai. The session will speak about an overview Australian education system, rankings, student life and including our Summer Courses Australia programs next year.
Please pass on this information to people who may be interested to send their children to study in Australia.
