A short drive north from Chiang Mai and you happen across the Mae Rim district. While it has lots of adventure and tourism activities in the area there are many food offerings to challenge your taste buds.
We have been around the area a number of times and tried various spots for a nice lunch and a place for afternoon tea. We now think of these spots to show our quests or for a change of scenery if we are not enjoying many nice spots around our own Hangdong district.
The Nest
Having tried this places out previously we decided on the Nest for our guest experiences. It was excellent and did’t disappoint with wide selection of food. You can go for meals or just for coffee and treats. It has a very nice relaxed yet sophisticated ambiance, is unique in their locations and can be found on Facebook for directions.
